What is included in the monthly price?
Each plan includes studio access, instructor-led sessions, and materials as noted per tier. The Starter Sketch plan covers basic supplies, while Creative Path and Studio Pro include all materials for the sessions attended.
Can I switch plans during the month?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher tier at any point and pay the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle to keep scheduling straightforward.
Do you offer single-class rates for beginners?
Yes, we offer drop-in sessions priced separately from monthly plans, ideal for those wanting to try a class before committing. Ask our team for current drop-in rates when you contact us.
Is there a refund if I miss classes?
Missed sessions can typically be rescheduled within the same month, subject to availability. We don't offer cash refunds for unused sessions, but we work with each student to make up missed time where possible.
Are payments due monthly or per term?
Payments are collected monthly in advance for all three plans. This keeps billing predictable and lets you adjust your plan or pause enrollment with notice before the next cycle begins.
Do kids and adults pay the same pricing?
Pricing is the same across age groups, though class content and group composition differ. Kids' classes are grouped by age range, while adult classes focus on techniques suited to adult learners.
